Condolence: I had the privilege of working with Mr. Wallace in his position as Chairman of Armstrong/Deepwater PSD for many years. It is my honor to call him a dear friend. Judson Wallace epitomized the definition of “public servant “ with his selfless and tireless dedication to the wellbeing of his community. I will miss him. I’m sorry that I’m out of state at the time of his services and won’t be able to attend.
