Deborah “Debbie” Niper, age 66, of Montgomery, passed away on October 10th, 2022. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.

Debbie was born April 18th, 1956, to James and Naomi Mooney and was a lifelong West Virginia resident. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, and her grandson. She is survived by her husband, John Niper, her daughter, Tiffany Lanham, and her grandchildren, Jonathan Cochran, Gage Lanham, and Savanna Lanham.
