Condolence: I have considered it a blessing that I have known Gordon (in the beginning Mr. Billheimer) for the many years. At first it was in his capacity as an attorney representing several claims against my company from creditors. I found him very straight forward, willing to work with me and in the end all parties went away happy. Rarely is that the circumstance for the start of a good friendship. Years later I ran for the county commission and re-election three times thereafter. Each time I absolutely knew Gordon was in my corner and did all he could to insure my success. Over those years had frequent occasion to see Gordon at various functions for the county, the Upper Kanawha Valley and certainly Montgomery. He was a dedicated citizen in each case and I am sure will be missed by many of us.

Condolence: Gordon was truly a wonderful man. He cared deeply about the communities of the UKV. He was one of Montgomery's hidden treasures. He was a joy to speak with and will be missed by the many whose lives he touched throughout his long and fruitful life. Rest well, my friend, in heaven!
