Obituary for John Franklin Surgeon, III
John Franklin Surgeon III age 64 of Crab Orchard formerly of Pratt died April 24, 2018. He was born February 27, 1954 in Montgomery and he was the son of the late John and Ida Heronimus Surgeon II.
He was a graduate of Montgomery High School and West Virginia Institute of Technology. He formerly worked at the Montgomery A&P Grocery during college. He was an electrical Engineer with Square D.
Surviving: wife Cynthia Surgeon; son John Surgeon IV of Tampa, Fla; sister Nancy Lanham and husband C. E. of Columbia, SC and grand-dog Crash Puppy.
In lieu of flowers contributions in John’s memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Fr. Stan Holmes officiating. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
