Philip Kent Stewart 56 of Campbells Creek died April 30, 2018. He was born in Chippewa Lake, Ohio on March 23, 1962 to the late Phillip Cyrus and Carol Anderson Stewart.

He is survived by his wife Linda Flowers Stewart, daughter Jessica Cook and husband Joshua, grandchildren; Joshua, and Cameron.
