Laura, Tim , and Mary Emma and the entire Lynch Family, Rex and I are so very sad to get the news about our beloved Regina. She is absolutely one of our favorite people ( including her Brother Al) that took us in like family when we moved to WV in 1975. We cannot be there on Wednesday but know we are there in spirit sending love and prayers for all of you. What a gift she was💚
