Sonja Vea Nicholas Hosey age 70 of Kesslers Cross Lanes died September 11, 2017. She was born in Jodie on December 31, 1946 to the late Walter Elliott Taylor and Ruby Emogene Brown.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.

She is survived by her husband; Guy Hosey III, son; Jim Nicholas and wife Kelli of Mt. Nebo, sisters; Shelby Hoover (Ron) of Birch River, Faye Bragg of Summersville, Kathy Moore (Tim) of Summersville, Donna Williams (Tom) of Clay, Joyce Flanagan (Terry) of Craigsville, Kay Tenney (Chuck) of Summersville, brothers; Johnny Taylor (Debbie) of Birch River, and Mike Taylor of Summersville. As well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Service will be 1PM on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Waters Funeral Chapel, Summersville with Rev. Sam Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Nicholas Cemetery at Lilly's Fork, Clay County. Friends may call two hours prior to the service at Waters Funeral Chapel. O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery and Waters Funeral Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
