Obituary for Thelma Hall
Thelma Hall, 93, of Powellton died April 8, 2022. She was born in Grundy, Va. on July 4, 1928, to the late Elliot and Elizabeth Honaker. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband Charles S. Hall, son John Sawyers, and sister Pat Baker.
She was retired from Montgomery General Hospital and a member of the Powellton United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Parsons, son Charles K. Hall (Laura), grandchildren Christopher Hall, Elliott Hall, Richard Parsons, Micah Neff (Lilli), Nicholas K. Hall, Erica Hall, Johnni Trail, many great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, along with her special neighbor Jackie Smith.
Service will be at 1PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Jeff Floyd officiating. Burial will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens in Glasgow. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Expressions of sympathy can be sent to the family at www.odellfuneralhome.com
