Obituary for Clark William Lee "Jake" Hartwell
Clark William Lee "Jake" Hartwell 33 of Powellton died October 14, 2016. He was born in Painsville, Ohio on April 25, 1983 to Clark Smith and Kimberly Hartwell.
He attended Valley High School and graduated from the Fayette Vocational Technology Institute as a Journeymans Electrician.
He is survived by his children; Landon Hartwell, Alex Hartwell, and unborn daughter Serenity. Companion Jessica Fitzwater, mother Kimberly Hartwell of Powellton, father Clark Smith of Largo, FL., grandparents Donald and Margaret Hartwell of Powellton, sister Heather Pettrey of Powellton, and brother Anthony Pettrey of Powellton.
Service will be 11AM Saturday, October 22, 2016 at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Joe Darlington officiating. Burial will follow at Meadow Haven Memorial Park, Ingram Branch. Friends may call from 7-9PM on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the funeral home.
