To the family of Jim Vencill, Jr. Jim and I go back many years beginning at Cannelton Coal Co. and ending as Federal Coal Mine Inspector's together at Montgomery and Mt. Carbon WV. Jim will be missed by me, and everyone who new him, he was a very dear friend of mine.
