Arnold King, 78, died December 10, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He was born February 6, 1932 in Hernshaw, WV and was the son of the late Rome and Lula King. He was a veteran of the Korean War, retired from the Army and was a member of the VFW. He enjoyed restoring and showing vintage cars.
Surviving are his daughters; Karen King McElroy and husband Hugh of Tiffin, OH, Debra King Hamilton and husband Anthony of Centerburg, OH, son; Michael King of Grove City, OH, grandchildren; Kara McElroy of Oklahoma, Alyssa McElroy Mast, Ian McElroy, Brandon Rennard, Brittney Rennard Sturtz, and Lindsey Rennard all of OH, six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 16th at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Lloyd Massey Sr., officiating. Burial, with military honors, will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park, London, WV. Friends may call one hour prior to service.
