Aurora Ann Fuentes 77 of Charleston, died August 15, 2013. She was born December 2, 1935 in Powellton and was the daughter of the last Mack And Margaret Alice Jenkins Thurman. She is also preceded in death by her husband Leo Fuentes and brother, Warren Thurman.

She was the manager of Capitol Mini Storage. She was a self taught piano player who loved the old hymns. She loved family and family was everything. Loved the ocean, to travel and loved to laugh.

Surviving, children Margaret Hope and her husband Robert of Charleston, Alison Dodge of Greensboro, NC and Robert Leo Fuentes of Charleston; grandchild Bridget Nesselrotte; great grandchildren, Ava, Arron, Andree and Benton.

Graveside service will be 4 p.m. Thursday at Montgomery Memorial Park, London, with Rev. Jim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the memorial park. O’Dell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
