Betty Jean  Dravenstott

Betty J. Taylor Dravenstott 91, of Robson and Charlton Heights, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024. She was born March 12, 1932, at home in Mulberry, WV, to the late Cooper and Hattie Ford Taylor.

Proceeding her in death, besides her parents, are her husband Owen F. Dravenstott, brothers Kenneth Taylor (Mary), Bob Taylor, Ralph Taylor (Ethel), Karl Taylor, Don Taylor (Ann) and sister Virginia Fine (Bill).

Surviving her are her daughter Betty Ann Dravenstott of Fayetteville, sons and daughter-in-law’s Gary Dravenstott (Ginny) of Charlton Heights, and Ronnie Dravenstott (Lisa) of Charlton Heights; nephew like a brother Larry Taylor (Mary Jo). Grandchildren Angie Jones (Shannon) of Fayetteville, Kristi Baker (Travis) of Cross Lanes, Gary Lee Dravenstott of Fayetteville, Bradley Dravenstott (Kara) of Charlton Heights, Zach Dravenstott (Stephanie) of Charlton Heights. Great grandchildren Makynnah of Diamond and Holly Jones of Fayetteville, Kayleigh, Kolton and Kelsey Baker of Cross Lanes, and Avery Dravenstott of Charlton Heights; great-great grandchild Lucas Bird.

Service will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at O’Dell Funeral Home in Montgomery with Rev. Jeff Floyd officiating. Burial will follow at Eades Cemetery, Montgomery Heights, WV. Visitation will be held from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home. O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements.
