Billy Joe Keenan Jr. age 41 of Cannelton died June 23, 2011. He was born February 13, 1969 in Montgomery and was the son of the late Billy Joe and Betty Lou Skaggs Keenan Jr.
Surviving: wife Kara Estep Keenan; children Dustin Keenan, Hillary Keenan, Collin Tucker, Adrian Estep-Keenan and Hunter Estep-Keenan; sisters Kathy Whittington of Smithers and Sandra Mullins of Quincy; several nieces and nephews.
