Charles Robert Fish Jr. of Gallagher was born May 27, 1947 in Livingston and went to be with Jesus on September 5, 2011. Having finished his misson on Earth, Charles has moved to his new mission in Heaven. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles “Bob” and Mary Hopson Fish Sr.; a sister Betty Smith and brother James “Jimmy” Fish.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife Linda Fish; daughter Amy Find and her husband Jamie of Marmet; sons Charles Fish and his fiancée Robin of Gallagher and Michael Fish and his fiancée Tara of Gallagher; four loving grandchildren, Christopher, Elizabeth, Madisyn and Kaylee Fish; brothers Alonzo Fish of Hurricane and Lee Fish and his wife “Dawn” of Gallagher; sisters Linda Sue May and her husband Howard of Syracuse, Indiana nd Connie May of Goshen, Indiana.
He was also a US Air Force veteran and he was retired from Walker Machinery with 18 years of service. He attended Ohley Baptist Church in Cabin Creek.
He will be sadley missed my man friends and family that he has acquired over the years.
Service will be 1:00 PM Thursday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Benny Ross officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow. Friends may call from 6 until 9 on Wednesday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfunealhome.com
