Christopher Alan Roop age 5 of Chelyan died March 26, 2011 of injuries received in a house fire. He was born March 5, 2006 and was the son of Adam Christopher and Tequila Sunrise Crouse Roop.
He was a pre-school student at Cedar Grove Elementary School.
Surviving in addition to his parents is maternal grandparents Claudette Mullins of Cabin Creek, Robert Hoover of Craigsville and paternal grandparents Tina Hudnall and Marvin Estep of Belva; great-grandparents Paulette Chennault of Hernshaw; great-great grandparents Kitty Waugh of Hico, John Ward of Kanawha Falls and Camry Achtimichuk of Canada.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Jeff Floyd officiating. Burial will be in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens at Oak Hill.
