Donald Edward "Donnie" Bess Jr. passed away February 22, 2016. He was born in Charleston, WV on February 21, 1959. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty G. Bess in 2013.

Donnie was a mechanic, carpenter and welder. He loved working on cars and it was a great passion of his. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to everyone who knew him. He was often referred to as a "Big Teddy Bear". which is exactly what he was.

Those left to cherish his memories are his father Donald E. Bess Sr. of Page WV, sisters; Cathy Woods of Kimberly WV, Barbara Quinn of Page WV, Jane Bess of Oak Hill, WV, and Cynthia Harvey of Page WV. Lots of nieces and nephews whom he loved very much. No matter who you were, if you knew Donnie you had a friend and he left behind many who will remember him always.
