I was on the county commission in Fayette County ffrom 2001 through 2018.  I often worked with the folks on the Upper Paint Creek and Lower Paint Creek Watershed Associations.  I marveled at all that Mim and his buddies accomplished.  Besides that I most especially remember him for being such a gracious person who always made me fell welcome at the groups gatherings.  I carry fond memories of Mim and I am sure he will be missed by many.
