Obituary for Flora Josephine "Jo" Kilburn
Flora Josephine "Jo" Kilburn, 82 of Kanawha Falls died April 9, 2014. Jo was born February 17, 1932 in Lizemores and was the daughter of the late Luther and Flora Baker Morton. She was also preceded in death by her daughters; Wilma Humphrey and Cindy Hudnall; grandchildren, Michael Spencer and Tammy Conn and Tina Kicklighter; great-great grandchild Adrin.
She was a very precious wife, mother and grandmother. Jo was a member of the Kanawha Falls Baptist Church where she served as secretary and treasurer and she was a former business owner in the Montgomery area.
Survivors include her husband James "Jim" Kilburn; children, Jo Ann Ingwerson and her husband Mike of Ona , Cherlyn Seay and her husband Richard of Hurricane, Shonet Holley and her husband Larry of Milton, Nancy Hinkle and her husband Randy of Charlton Heights, Jackie Parisher and her husband David of Norfolk, VA, Lisa Bussert and her husband Roger of Amanda, OH and LTC Kevin Kilburn and his wife Gwen of Ft. Leavenworth, KS;
23 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren and sisters, Arlene Lusher of Bedford, IN and Dena Fitzwater of Dixie.
Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Pastor David Jones and Rev. Chester Bird officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow. Friends may call from 6:00 PM until 9 :00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
