Obituary for Francis Marcelus Pollastrini
Francis M. “Fran” Pollastrini, 77 , of Fayetteville, WV enter in to rest on March 20, 2024. He was born on May 27, 1946 to the late Gildo Pollastrini, Sr. and Mattie Robbins Pollastrini.
Fran was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oak Hill. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and paw-paw.
In addition to his parents Fran was preceded in death by brother, Gildo Pollastrini, Jr.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 53 years, Rebecca Pollastrini; son, Jodie Pollastrini; grandsons, Jordan and Jacob Pollastrini; granddaughter, Ava Arthur; brothers, Allen, Tony, and Larry “Minner” Pollastrini; sisters, Vivian McGinnis and Suzanne Whittington as well as many nieces, nephews and long time friends, and his beloved fur baby “Buddy.”
Service will be 2 PM, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, WV with Rev. Greg Petry officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow, WV.
Visitation will be Monday March 25, 2024 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
