A gentleman and scolar
I have many fond memories of Frank. He was a great gentleman and touched many lives.
I met Frank in 1978 at Smith Barney and became life long friends with him. He was very passionate about the stock market and became my go to person when I had questions. His optimism about the market and life was very contagious.
After I retired in 2001, I became a member of a group of 6 to 10 people who would meet at the Mall for lunch each day. Frank as the unnamed leader would get discussions started by saying "did you know" or asking an opinion. It was always very stimulating as we had people from many varied backgrounds. Frank had many interests including history, current events, sports, statistics, stock market, etc. I always looked forward to these get to gathers, as you never knew what the topic of discussion would be.
One of the ladies at the Mall nicknamed us the ROMEO Group "retired old men eating out".
Frank's investment knowledge was so respected that even the brokers at Smith Barney would ask his opinion on a stock.
Even though I know that Frank has gone to a better place, I will miss him very much
