Frank Richard Morris age 78 of Pratt died November 18, 2015 at home. He was born on October 30, 1937 at Powellton and he was the son of the late Earl Wyatt and Julia Kozma Morris. He was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters Jack Morris, Kenneth Morris, Terry Preston and Martha Morris.

He was retired general manager of White Oak PSD and a former councilmen and mayor of the City of Pratt. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception and St. Anthony's Shrine Catholic Parrish in Montgomery and Boomer.
Frank was veteran of the United State Marine Corps and he graduated from Montgomery High School and West Virginia Institute of Technology.

Surviving is his wife of 51years Sarah Oliver Morris; daughters Deanna Morris of Belle and Heather DiCarlo and her husband Phil of Sarasota, FL; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Anthony's Shrine Catholic Church in Boomer with Fr. Mark Gallipeau as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London with military honors. Friends may call on Friday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery where a scripture wake service will be at 7:00 PM.
