Obituary for Harry C. ""Brother"" Coleman

Harry (Brother) C. Coleman JR. 65 of Deep Water lost his battle with cancer at home on June 16th 2013 with his wife Diane and his daughter Janie by his side.

He was born on October 5 19447 in Montgomery and is the son of Harry Coleman Sr. of Deep Water and the late Mary Jane Miller Coleman. He was also preceded in death by his son Michael Anthony Coleman and wife Alice Moore Coleman.

He was a retired coal miner and a veteran of the US Navy. He was a member of the Eagles Club of Montgomery and a member of the U.M.W.A.

Surviving are wife Diana Coleman; daughter Janie Hutchinson of Dunbar, Crystal Ann Grubb of Pittsburg, TX; son Harry Cleatis Coleman 3rd of Canton Ohio; sisters Mary Ann and James Hamick of Deep Water and Elizabeth Lundy of Kincaid; grandchildren, Michael Hutchinson, Crystal Coleman and Austin Cocchiario; stepsons Ronald and Michael Jackson of Smithers. Brother also had three other step children Scott Jenkins, Angela Gibson and Theresa Ryan with six grandchildren whom loved him dearly

Brother’s second family was Hutch’s Wrecker service in Handley. He loved all the Hutchinson’s, Bear, Sara, Dee and Brenda, Byrd and the crew. A very special friend (Maw) Mary Hutchinson, whom he loved dearly. We want to thank a special care giver Shirley Keenan for her support and help. He will be remembered as the trooper he was and sadly missed by everyone who loved him.

Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery wit Rev Gary Philpot and Rev. Randy Black officiating. Entombment with military honors will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London. Friends may call from 6 until 9 on Tuesday at the funeral home.
