Ileene Frances Starcher age 78 of East Bank died July 15, 2015 at Clark's Christian Care in East Bank. She was born April 5, 1937 at Gallagher and was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ruby Hall Hamm.
She was a member of the Gallagher Church of the Nazarene at Gallagher.
Surviving: sisters Gladys Hudson of East Bank and Valerie Wise of Kentucky; brother Jerrell Hamm of Leon and nieces and nephews.
