Obituary for James Allen Nunley

James Allen Nunley, 73, of Charleston passed away March 24, 2024 and is no longer suffering. He will be missed forever by his loved ones left behind. Allen never met a stranger. He served the Army, National guard and was proud to have served his country.
He was preceded in death by his father James W Nunley and Nephew Joshua A Nunley.
Survived by his beloved wife Drema D Nunley: stepson caregiver and companion
Danny R Skaggs, stepson John ( Kimber) Skaggs: Granddaughters Jocelyn, Payton, Ashton: Grandsons Tanner, Grayson, Brent: Daughter Tangela G Nunley: Granddaughters Mariah and Madison Hendrick: son Philip G Nunley: Mother Nina L Nunley: Brother Terry L Nunley: nephew Jeremiah A Nunley: Sister Connie L (Errol) Rubin nephews Jacob A, Joseph M, Rubin: Brother C Timothy ( Regina ) Nunley: nephew Charles T Nunley: and very special buddy Paul Rose. Per Allen’s request there will not be a long Service. Viewing will be Friday at O’Dell Funeral Home in Montgomery, WV from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
