I was born and raised in Charleston and will always be a "Mountaineer." I read the Charleston Daily Mail every night online and, when I saw the photo of this beautiful young girl (about the same age as my youngest child), my heart began to ache for you. I wish I could be there for you -- to do something -- anything. Please know that God has a purpose for each of us, and it is far greater than what we could ever realize or understand. That is where our faith is mostly exercised, I believe. There are angels all around and people in various places who are here to pray for you and hold you up during the darkest hours of your life.
