Josefa Cox Marsico age 90 of Smithers died April 5, 2013 at home. She was born December 12, 1924 at Swiss and was the daughter of the late Richard and Hester Goff Cox. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Ralph Marsico.

She was a member of the Immaculate Conception/St. Anthony's Shrine Catholic Parish in Montgomery and Boomer. She was a former beauty operator and owner of Kathy's Beauty Shop in Montgomery.

Surviving: children Kathy Williamson of Smithers, Pat Marsico of Smithers and Sam Marsico of Montgomery; sisters Betty Hicks of Oak Hill and Violet Kiser of Powellton; grandchildren Joel Williamson, Aaron Williamson, Tony Marsico, Frances Webb, Vincent Marsico, Domenic Marsico and Mallory Marsico and 7 great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday at St. Anthony's Shrine Catholic Church in Boomer with Fr. Mark Gallipeau officiating. Entombment will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park at London. Friends may call one hour prior to Mass at the church on Tuesday.
