Obituary for Joyce Jean Smith
Joyce Jean Smith, 78, of Jackson County, Millwood, WV passed away after a long illness at Camden Clark Hospital. She was born at Hico, WV.
She was formally a nurse aide at Charleston Area Medical Center’s General Division and a custodian for Kanawha County Schools.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Rosie Perry, husband Earl W. Smith, sister Icie Perry, and brother Vernon Perry.
She is survived by her son, William and Lois Smith of Millwoood, WV, daughter Susan and Todd Cain of Spencer, WV, 3 sisters, Rebecca Jenkins of Paint Creek, Lillian Vanzuela of Ravenswood, and Mae Smith of Diamond.
At this time there will be no services or visitation. O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
