Obituary for Juanita Louise Campbell
Our beautiful mother, Juanita (Nead) Louise Campbell, age 86, of Hansford WV, gained her angel wings
on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at home. She was born on August 23, 1937, in Gallagher, WV to the
late Goldie Louise Armes and Emmitt Seibert Adkins. She was married to the late Delmar Joe Campbell
for 62 years and has reunited with him and will be forever happy in heaven.
Juanita is survived by her two daughters Cheryl Slack (David) and Debra Vaughan. Sisters Jean Keesee
(Bill Keesee deceased), Linda Green (Clyde) and brothers Larry Adkins (Jeanette) and Emmitt “Butch”
Adkins (Candy). Brother Ronnie Adkins (Bonnie) preceded Juanita in death. She loved her many nieces
and nephews and recognized each one and what made them special.
Also thank you to Shila Petry, Rose Moles and Patty Crist who made our Mom feel special and provided
excellent care for the past sixteen months.
Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024, at O’Dell Funeral Home in
Montgomery WV for family and friends. A small service will be held graveside at Montgomery Memorial
Park following the visitation.
