Judith Ann Shawkey age 72 of Boomer passed away July 23, 2015 after a 2 year battle with Lymphoma and complications of Pneumonia. She was born September 8, 1942 in Montgomery and was the daughter of the late James E. and Margaret Bobbitt Bailey. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Shawkey and her niece Amanda Poff.

Judy was employed at City National Bank in Montgomery with 37 years of service.

Surviving is her children Rebecca Lynn Ballard and her husband Donald L. of London and Charles Dennis Shawkey of Boomer; sister Elizabeth Poff of Pratt; grandchildren Charles Dirk Ballard, Brittany Middleton, Cheyenne Danae Ballard, Derek Butterworth and Gianna Grace Shawkey.

Judy was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother who sacrificed everything for her family.

Service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Gary Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park at London. Friends may call 2 hours prior to service at the funeal home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
