Obituary for Lillian Faye Williams

Lillian Faye Perkins Williams entered into eternal peace Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Faye was born October 8, 1931 to Charles and Nora Toler Perkins in Crown Hill, WV which was her home for most of her life. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles F. Williams, Jr.

Throughout her life she held many titles, working diligently to care and provide for her family and loved ones. Her proudest accomplishment was obtaining her GED in 1979 and continuing her education to become a CNA. Faye worked many years as a caregiver and often shared her fond memories of doing what she truly loved. She touched the lives and hearts of many throughout her journey. Through her Baptism she was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Hansford.
Surviving are sons C.E. Pete Arms and wife Pat of Hansford, and Charlie of Crown Hill. Daughters Sandra Mayhew and husband Randy of Hurricane and Susie Williams and fiance Bruce Lavender of Florence, SC. Six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.

Services will be held Saturday, February 13, at 12:00 PM at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Hansford, with Father Stan Holmes as celebrant. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church. A private family graveside service will follow at Holly Grove Cemetery.
