Margaret Johnson Giles age 65 of Gallagher died April 24, 2009 at home. She was born August 9, 1943 at Gallagher, WV and was the daughter of the late Troy and Lavada Shultz Johnson, her husband Jerry Giles, brother Deckie and a sister Dorthy, sister-in-law Carol Johnson; brother in laws George Melvin, and Charles “Bub” Marshall; niece and nephew Sherri and Bryan Marshall.
She was a former employee of Beverly Health Care at Glasgow.
Surviving: son Jerry Giles and his wife Bonnie of Chelyan; grandson Jason Giles and his wife Gerri of Cedar Grove; sisters Frances Nelvin of Melford, Michigan, Judy Kaercher and her husband Richard of Elkhart, Indanan and Ruby Marshall of Pomeroy, Ohio; brothers Jack Johnson and his wife Dolores of Gallagher, J. C. Johnson and his wife Roberta of Alexandria, Virginia; Bill Johnson of Pomeroy, Ohio and Larry Johnson of Pomeroy, Ohio; step-grandchildren Thomas and Tiffany Massey of Chelyan; great-granddaughter Selina Coleman of Cedar Grove; brother in laws Charles Giles and his wife Iris of Gallagher; sister-in-law Annie Wright of Montgomery; many nieces and nephews and many good friends and neighbors.

Service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Claude R. Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow.
