Obituary for Marion O. Ferguson
Marion O. Ferguson, 84, of London passed away at home on October 6, 2022.He was preceded in death by his parents Orvil and Anna Mae, brothers Arnold, Raymond, Marshall, and sisters Elaine, Sue, and Elizabeth.
He was a long-time member of London Baptist Church and was a retired truck driver for R&J Recycling after over 33 years of service. He was an avid hunter and fishermen and enjoyed planting his garden every year.
He is survived by his loving wife Charlotte, daughters Gail and Sandra, his grandchildren Courtney (Mitchell), Andrew, Lily (Will), Michael, sister Juanita (Charles), sister-in-laws Pauline, Carol (Clyde), brother-in-law Danny, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Kenneth Huffman officiating. Entombment will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park in London. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
