Mary Jo Bragg, 64, of Kimberly died January 4, 2014. She was born July 14, 1949 in Deep Water and was the daughter of the late William Lawrence and Geraldine Lockard Gray.

She was a disabled underground coal miner and a certified shooter for Valley Camp Coal Company. She was a member of the Kimberly Church of God.

Surviving, her husband Wayne H. “Fred” Bragg; children, Wayne Bragg Jr. and his wife Angela of Kimberly, William Bragg and is wife Ashley of Kimberly, step-daughter Alisha Marie Pike of Belle; brothers David Gray and is wife Tenna of Montgomery, Mark Gray and his wife Reva of Sod, William Luke Gray and his wife Susan of Dallasl NC; sisters, Alice Pritt of Clendenin; niece Melissa Dorsey of Gallagher; 5 grand children, and 1 great-grandchild.

The family wishes to thank the Kimberly Church of God, friends and neighbors for their loving care.

Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery, with Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London. Friends may call 2 hours prior the service at the funeral home.
