Obituary for Mary Virginia O'Dell
Mary Virginia O’Dell of Powellton, WV, passed away on Saturday,
August 20, 2022, at the age of 73. Mary was predeceased by her
mother and father, Janavee Frank and Robert Stanley McGraw, her son
Beecher O’Dell, sister Emma Nutter, and brother Edward McGraw.
Mary is survived by her husband Ralph “Pete” O’Dell, son Clinton
O’Dell, and siblings Billie Jean Atkinson, Bobby Jane Taylor, Patricia
Butler Peddicord, and David Adkins.
Mary loved her family and her friends. She loved West Virginia and
helping others. And she loved a good bargain!!
Mary’s wishes were that there be no memorial service and asked
instead that her loved ones remember her as she was in life.
O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements.
