Molly Thomas age 78 of Boomer died February 10, 2011. She was born May 16, 1932 in Smithers and was the daughter of the late Charles Sanford and Virginia Dart Cooper. She was also preceded in death by her husband Daniel B. Thomas, a son Daniel Wesley Thomas and a sister Eva “Doll” Treadway.
She was a member of St. Anthony’s Shrine Catholic Church in Boomer and a former member of the Catholic Daughters. She had worked in several of the local grocery stores.
Surviving: children Charles Thomas and his wife Patty of Charlton Heights, Cheryl Thomas of Boomer and James Thomas and his wife Patricia of Boomer; brother Ronnie Cooper and his wife Rosemary of Charlton Heights. 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Anthony’s Shrine in Boomer with Fr. John Rice as celebrant.
