Nancy & I had been friends for many years...since she taught here in Roanoke. I'm so saddened by her sudden passing, but I also know she was ready to go "home." She loved you all so very much, but she was weary in her health struggles.
I know her strength and kindness will live on in all of you and as you live and grow in your Christian faith, you will see her again. Condolence: Although words often seem so small at a time like this, please know how very sorry I am. My fond memories of Nancy are as Anne's little sister growing up in Charlton Heights and from the friendship we established in later years. The things I will remember most are her keen wit and her compassion for others. I am proud to have known her.
