Patsy Ann Hendricks age 79 of Boomer died August 13, 2010. She was born September 3, 1930 in Longacre and was the daughter of the late Ralph and Margretta Bess Preston. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Hendricks, an infanct child Margretta Rosalie Peters, a brother Ralph Preston Jr. and sister Betty Whitt.
She was retired from CSX Railroad in Handley and she was a very active member of the former Montgomery Womens Club.
Surviving: sons Carl Peters of Boomer and Richard Peters of Harrison, Ark.; sister Linda Wagner of Boomer; brother Charles Preston of Ohio; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. James Neeson officiating. Entombment will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
