Phillip Dale "Pete" Romeo age 70 of Bentree died May5, 2014. He was born at London on November 20, 1943 and was the son of the late Charles and Ruth Virginia Campbell Romeo.

He was a retired coal miner and member of the UMWA and he loved to ride motorcycles.

Surviving: brother, Earl Romeo and his wife Brenda of Dixie and sister, Cindy Tony of Glen Ferris; son, Phillip Dale Romeo Jr. of Michigan and daughter, Sherri Romeo Ball of Mt. Olive; grandchild, Erica Carr and caregiver Barbara Pennington of Bentree.

Service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday at O'Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery. There will be a visitation for family and friends from the end of the service until 9:00 PM. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
