Phyllis Ann Lucas, born August 19, 2009 in Montgomery went to be with the Lord after a long illness. She touched many lives and never met a stranger who didn’t become her friend. Her generous personality will be missed by all who knew her. Phyllis was retired from the State of West Virginia Department of Transportation. The family would like to thank the Hubbard Hospice House staff for making her final days so restful.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her father William Clay Lucas and her brother William Ray Lucas.
Surviving is her mother Louise Lucas; sisters Nancy Shelton and Peggy Beach and a brother Donald Lucas.
Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. James R. Baldwin officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com.
