Rebecca Arbutus Pritt age 63 of Deep Water died April 15, 2009 at home. She was born August 11, 1945 at Blue Creek and was the daughter of the late John and Dollie Canter Elmore. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
She was a certified nursing assistant at Beverly Health Care in Glasgow for 18 years.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving is her husband of 44 years Robert E. Pritt; children Robert Pritt and his wife Lisa of Lizemores, Robin Waugh of Hurricane, Roberta Atha of Hurricane, Rebecca Wheeler and her husband George of Deep Water, Renea Muldrew of Deep Water and Rex Pritt and his wife Marie of Lee Branch; brothers James E. Elmore of Ravenswood, Andy Elmore of Goldtown and Willard Elmore of Walton; sister JoAnn Barnes of Rock Hill, SC and a niece raised as a sister Mary Patton of Sissionsville several nieces and nephews.
Service will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2009 at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Claude R. Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow. Friends may call two hour prior to service at the funeral home.
