Obituary for Rosemary Fair
“Rose” Mary Fair left this earth in the early morning hours of February 19th, 2024. The Angels descended from the sky and gently lifted her soul up to Heaven. In Heaven she will be reunited with her father, and mother Ralph and Justina Fair, brothers Robert, Harold, Mark, and Terry.
Rose worked as a caregiver and that’s what she loved doing, taking “Special” care of special friends Lois Suttles and Sharon Fridley, and anyone who came in contact with her was instantly a friend. She also loved taking care her animals, her Lab, Cocoa, and her cats Fat Cat and Minnie. Rose was a Mountaineer all the way through and through. She loved spending time with family watching football with her family. She loved all of her brothers, one the as same as the other.
Those left to cherish her memory is David Torrence her companion of 38 years, Mary Torrence sister-in-law, brother’s William (Becky) of Smithers, Earl (Christy) of Minford, OH., Lyndon of Smithers, and James (Jan) of Boomer, WV.
Service will be held at O’Dell Funeral Home in Montgomery at 1pm on Friday, February 23, 2024, with Pastor Joe Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park in London. Visitation will take place from 12pm until the time of the service on Friday. O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements.
