Obituary for Sylvester "Bo" Reed
Sylvester “Bo” Reed, age 81, of Montgomery, died October 24, 2021. He was born in Boomer on July 2, 1940, to the late Sherman and Lillian Wells Reed. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty James, and Lillian Drake, as well as brother Richard Reed.
He is survived by his sister Juanita Hines and husband Daniel of Largo, MD., along with 8 nieces and nephews who he loved loyally. Special nieces, LeAndria Reed of Page, and Betty Jean Reed of Page.
Service will be 12 noon on Friday, November 5, 2021, at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Bishop Thomas R. Murray, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow at Meadow Haven Memorial Park at Ingram Branch. Friends may call from 11AM until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home. O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery is in charge of arrangements where expressions of sympathy can be sent at www.odellfuneralhome.com
