i was shocked. to hear the news. Terry was an exceptional student in our Community Economic Development major at Tech and I was extremely proud of his leadership with the Region 8 Planning and Development Council. From Handley, he rose to the top and we conversed regularly about projects and strategies. I deeply regret his passing and wish to express my deepest personal condolences to his family.
