Condolence From: Cindy Petrous, Humana Military, TRICARE
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Toney's family. I worked with him through phone calls, when he was assisting TRICARE beneficiaries. He was always nice to work with. We will miss him and his calls!

Condolence From: Frank Nowviskie
Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time. I knew Toney and Bonnie almost all our lives. We were all MHS grads. Toney was one of the most kind, even tempered and levelheaded boys in our class and Bonnie had such a sweet heart. They were perfect soulmates. The loyalty they had to each other, their family, their friends and the country was exceptional. I hope their children and grandchildren know what wonderful roll-models they were.

Condolence: Toney was a wonderful and kind human being. He helped me transition to Tricare and was extremely knowledgeable. I called him several times during this transition. One time I called him while he was at his grandson's ball game, but he still answered my questions as he watched the game. He went out of his way to answer a Tricare question on behalf of my sister who had moved to New York. I knew him while in the National Guard, but not well. No question about it, West Virginia has lost a good and kind man.

Condolence: For years, I worked closely with Tony to ensure that WV military members were able to receive health care from West Virginia physicians. Affectionately known as "Tricare Tony", he contacted physician practices throughout the state to ask that they accept people with Tricare insurance. When he ran into any tough situations, he and I would work together to resolve any barriers for the military to obtain appointments.

We will all miss this gentle, caring Christian man. His concern and love for others will long be remembered.

RIP Tony. You were one in a million.

Condolence: On the 15th of this month I lost one the best friends and co-workers that I have ever had. Sgt. Toney Colagrasso Jr. Toney and I go way back and worked on many projects and problems. He was smart, dedicated, and a real people person. He is, and will be, sadly missed by me. I am honored to have been in service with him. I am sort of happy, in a way for him because he is now with his beloved Bonnie. RIP my friend.

Condolence: Toney: How many years has it been - I've so many memories of the second floor - working together with Chemical Warfare, sharing lunch and organizing training classes. You were a great co-worker for more years than I remember. God bless.......
