Virginia Irene Stiltner age 85 of Mt. Carbon died March 25, 2011. She was born June 5, 1925 in Freeborn, KY and was the daughter of the late Elza and Naomi Justice Dotson. She was also preceded in death by her husband Elmer Stiltner, her brother Herbert Dotson and a sister Inez Burks.
She had formerly attended Carbondale Baptist Church.
Surviving: children Evelyn Valentine of Mt. Carbon, Helen Turner of Pratt and Elmer Dean Stiltner of Mt. Carbon; sister Beatrice Adkins of Pounding, VA; grandchildren Mary, Layna, John, Christie and Charles Dean; great-grandchildren Ethan, Travis, Abigail, Brandon, Zachary, Michael, Jesse, Kaleigh, Aidan and Addison.
Service will be 2:00 PM Monday at O’Dell Funeral Home, Montgomery with Rev. Fred Christian officiating. Entombment will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens at Glasgow.
