I am shocked and saddened with the premature passing of Bill. He worked for me when I was manager of WV Water Co. from 1970-1973. Bill was an excellent employee and helped me a great deal with my first job as a manager. I send my sincere sympathy to Bill's family and pray that God's grace will be sufficent to get his family through this very difficult time. Rest in Peace Bill. Carson Greene, Jr..
