Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Hortense Groom can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

We have no wise or magic words that will make your loss and grief easier to bear, but please know our hearts and prayers are with you. Hortense was such a great example of what family is or should be, and we know her presence will be sorely missed. Scripture says "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord!"
