So sad to hear about this. Mike and I "hung out" together in the late '70's. He was a good friend then and even though we hadn't communicated in decades, I will always remember the crazy times we had partying in S.C., Spring Hill, and Charleston! Those were the good ol days then, we didn't have a care in the world, and dared anybody to challenge us! We were bad asses and proud of it. He had my back, and I had his. Time goes by so fast that sometimes you forget your own past. I have nothing but good memories of Mike. Once he was your friend, he was always your friend! That is how I will remember him. Old friends are few, and I just lost one. Memories last a lifetime.... My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and his friends, I'm sure there are many.
