Condolence: Mr. Skaggs was a large part of my life. From the time we had built our clubhouse, hosting the first Adena Village block party, working on go carts, managing all the puppies we tried to keep, football losses and playoffs, graduations, weddings, baptisms, funerals; the list goes on and on.
